Initial 30 minute phone screen with the recruiter, followed by two individual 30 minute conversations with the hiring team. It was rapid fire questioning for the full interview. Following the second and third interview, the recruiter called and said I was the best candidate they've spoken to and that I would need to take an IQ test to determine if I was a fit for the organization. Following the test, I received an email from the recruiter indicating they were not moving forward. They also use AI to record and score your answers without your consent. They play it off by saying it's just helping to take notes but do not give you the option to opt out. Overall, the team was quite uncertain of their strategic direction and it left a lot of questions about the future of this role.
