J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Charlie Health en oct. 2024
Entretien
The first interview was with a recruiter, which was about 45 minute Zoom meeting where we discussed the KPIs, job opportunities, and next steps. He did not have my resume or any knowledge about my professional background.
Second interview was a Raven assessment, which was an IQ test.
Third interview was almost identical to the first interview. I was told that I would be hearing back to set up a 4th interview and when I emailed to follow up, I never got a response.
It’s very upsetting to go through multiple interviews and not receive any response from 2 separate recruiters. I didn’t even apply to this job, they reached out to me!

initial video call, then you have to take an assessment that has nothing to do with recruiting and took almost 2 hours. I then was moved to the next round where the person that interviewed me asked bizzare questions. i kept being asked if i had questions i wanted her to ask about my resume..

Recruiter reached out to me we had a phone screen. Then they send you a matching test. If you pass they send you additional screening questions. If approved to move forward you speak with a recruiting lead who will be late to the meeting and seem disinterested in the conversation that just rapid fires questions at you. If you move forward you complete a sourcing exercise. Whole process felt like they were just trying to hit their metrics which isn’t surprising as the team sounds like they’re very “metrics driven”.
