Very laid back, informative first intro recruiter interview. The interviewer gave me a lot of information that would help me decide whether or not I am a good fit for the role.

I met with a recruiter twice before my clinical interview, where I met a Clinical Supervisor and shared more about my professional background. In the clinical interview, there are questions about your theoretical orientation and experiences with various client populations. They asked an open-ended question regarding how I would handle risk assessment.

I was directly recruited through LinkedIn. Went through 3 interviews and made it to the final salary negotiation call and had a start date. Recruiter even said they were going to email me the contract. Was then immediately ghosted by the recruiter for a couple weeks and then informed after a few weeks that hiring closed for the state that I was licensed in. Felt very led on by recruiter.
