OMG one of the worst experiences ever! All I will say is they make you do a presentation and record everything. I figured out what their doing. They make you do an assignment or PP presentation for free. They record the entire presentation so they can use you're ideas for their team all at you're expense. BEWARE

Outreached by recruiter and engaged in online interview process which was effective and insightful to what the company was looking for in an outreach manager. It was fairly easy to get an interview.

Recruiter found me on Linkedin. The role sounded like a fit with my background. First interview was over Zoom with the recruiter where I gave her an overview of my experience. The recruiter made a large emphasis that the goal of the company is to end teen suicide and needed people who were passionate about that cause. Before I could send a thank you note I received a request for a second interview. Second interview was with a Growth Strategy Manager where I presented a deck I made on the comany and did a mock presentation of how I would speak to potential referrals. This manager seemed exhuasted, unenthusiastic, and uninterested in doing the interview. They did share KPI's for the role, which did seem incredibly ambitious if not unattainable. Again, third interview was booked in less than an hour after the interview. The recruiter was incredibly enthusiastic about my candidacy. Had the third interview with the Regional Director who asked me to introduce myself and who I spoke with since they saw my name and this meeting on their calendar and yet had no idea who I was. This person seemed ambitious, professional, and very interested in my background and skillset. The recruiter followed up right after and asked for a fourth and final interview, though said she was traveling and would follow up Monday. Monday came around and they went with another candidate. I emailed back and asked what skillset and experience I was missing and that I could work on and never heard anything back.
