Charlie Health has a two round interview process. First is with a hiring employee, second with the director of the specialty or area you are interviewing for. I do not have anything else to say. Must reach thirty word minimum.

I took a meeting with a recruiter from Charlie Health about contract work. To save you time, I'll let you know they are looking for facilitators to work evenings for $38 per hour. This is far below normal pay for a licensed therapist. I declined to pursue this further.
