Entretien
Covering letter, resume and document addressing selection criteria. Panel interview via video link that I had not done before and found very difficult. The questions were very formulaic and not tailored to my resume - in fact I got the impression that at least some of the panel members had not read my application.

Asked a general question about my research interests which puzzled me as I had listed them against the selection criteria.

Entretien
The process was quite typical. CSU provided expected points for the selection criteria and similar topics were used in the interview. The interviewers were both good and poor. The more senior person did not show great knowledge or aims and was most concerned about dedication, and fitting in.

Question 1
It was surprising to hear interviewers ask questions about doing tasks usually done by postgrads or assistants (tutoring, marking). At least they were upfront. The question that stood out was 'how well did you work with your last supervisor?'
