I had a very positive and thorough first-round interview with their recruiting agent; 30 minutes, over the phone. I then had a second (virtual) interview with the hiring manager and team lead. They interviewed using the STAR method and they were open to providing answers to my questions. The interview process seemed promising. Unfortunately, this was right before a hiring freeze and their system took weeks to update my application status. I know people who work there and evidently no one was hired for the position I applied for. I feel like they could have handled the situation more professionally, but overall the process seems very average.
