15 minute phone screening interview, where at the end of it was granted a 2nd interview. The 2nd interview lasted around 45 minutes. All of your answers had to be in STAR format.

The entire interview was such a long process, took a month after phone interview to get the second interview. After the second interview it took a whole month again to get back with their decision to move on with another candidate.

Easy, they made it smooth, phone into meeting 2 guys in person. Ask general questions to get to know you. All behavioral questions. Phone interview is only 10-15 minutes. in person was around 45-60 minutes.
Straight forward phone screening interview then longer behavioral interview. Focused a lot on customer service experiences. Wanted to know how I handled conflict and difficult clients. Interviewers were very nice and engaging.
