After I submitted the application, and then a call back and phone screening within 2-3 weeks followed by an in person interview with 2-3 managers and another 2+ weeks for acceptance. While I feel it could be faster it did not seem to be too long for me although I know other feel it should be completed in less than 3 weeks.

Seem-less and very conversationalThe complete interview was for 2 hours but it flew by. Roger was exteely personable. i enjoyed the process and very professional . I would recommend them
