VERY long process. 5 phone interviews and 2 in person interviews...all with different people.

If you've done your homework and know the co pany, none of the questions are difficult. What can bite you is the "chit-chat"....the interviewers are friendly and can lull you into feeling like you are chatting with a friend. Don't be fooled...these are interviews!!!!!
