no process, they will hire anyone with a license. Very easy to work for they just don't provide much support. John and the team at Clearwater are great at answering questions and will do what they can for you.

Entretien
spoke with them over the phone, I asked questions about the company, and they wanted to know that I was licensed and provided the steps to get signed up with them. I submitted hire application the same day and started the following day.
