2 hours and 30 minutes of an interview process:
First 30 minutes was star based questions
Next 30 minutes was technical questions- e.g they asked me to describe step by step the ELISA process and DNA extraction like bro I literally just followed SOPs during university, how am I going to remember that from the top of my head?? I felt like they were asking questions to purposely trip me up. And then it was followed by a lab practical assesment - assessing pippete technique and also work under a fume hood to test for working without cross contamination and then a lab tour

Typical entry level interview canned questions. Some specific questions about background that may be challenging if you can't remember. I felt the questions about background were overly narrow and designed to catch you being dishonest on your resume.
