Applied via company website site and was invited to a telephone interview with two members from Human Resources followed by an on site face to face interview with two managers.

I applied online. It was only like 3 days later they reached out to schedule a phone screening. After the phone screening, they reached out requesting an on-site interview. After the on-site interview, I was given a decision a few days later. The process took 2 weeks.
