The interview process consisted of an initial recruiter screening followed by one or more technical and behavioral interviews with the hiring team. Discussions focused on my research background, analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with laboratory techniques and data analysis, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. I was also asked about past projects, handling deadlines, and communicating scientific findings. The process was professional, organized, and provided a clear overview of the role and team expectations.

First interviewed with the HR, and then had a couple of interviews, one with 2 of the team supervisors and then with the head of the department. Each interview was about 30 minutes long
