J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Charles River Development (Toronto, ON) en avr. 2015
Entretien
After completing their IQ test and submitting the results, I met with 5 people after speaking with 1-2 future colleagues on the phone. The process was managed well by the Internal Recruiter from Charles River. First few calls were more of a get-to-know type of call as we could only talk about more generic, industry-related topics. Technology is proprietary so not much tech talk took place during the initial phone interviews. In-Person chats were done in a conference room, meeting 5 people one-on-one took over 4 hours, lots of chatting, only a handful of questions about previous experiences.

I have previous experience working with CRD, and decided to reach out and apply for the IM position. After extensive discussion with the recruiter, and an in person interview with 4 employees - I felt they had the opportunity to get to know me very well as a person/potential employee. I was able to ask adequate questions, and was satisfied with the process.

Since you are speaking with members of the team that are above your level coming in, they truly test every strength and weakness. By far the most difficult was the analytical test at the end of the interview.
