Applied online. Contacted for a phone screen by a HR person at the VC firm that invested in the company. Was then invited to complete a technical code review interview. HR did not know what language the assessment would be in. HR told me the process would take 2 weeks total, but it took 2 weeks after completing the technical assessment to be told the role had been filled and that I would not be given any feedback from my technical assessment
