Entretien
The recruitment process was initiated after cold emails were sent to the various recruiter and done follow-up. Completed a couple of rounds with ease and both the interviewers were really impressed and looked positive. Post which, all of a sudden over a weekend received an email from the recruiter saying we are not moving forward with your candidature without any reason. I am okay with rejection but at least let me know my weak points or the reason for my rejection (though I was very optimistic as the interviews went fantastic)

Entretien
The interview process was customer centric and gauges how you handle customers. It was understanding your past experience followed by an assignment round. Post that, all rounds were highly focused on what you know about CB and how customer focused are you.

The interview process was very smooth.The HR team in India is really good at what it does.There were prompt reviews and feedbacks and the entire process of 4 interview along with extending of offer took one week.The interviewers were great.Interviews were done by people who will be working with you in future so the questions asked were very significant to the job that I was applying for.
