Recruiter approached me and they provided with a code challenge that would require at least 10-15 hours of solid focus to complete and after completion the provided feedback was minimal and not substantial.
I strongly recommend other interviewees to not take the code challenge and stop this horrible practice of bullying interviewees.

Fair, relaxed interview. Given a coding problem ahead of interview to do on your own time, and then you spend an hour or so discussing your approach to the code.
