There was an initial screening with someone from HR and then two virtual interviews with two interviewers each. It was very laid back and conversational with no set questions. Interviewers were friendly and seemed to love their jobs and the agency. I wasn’t selected and despite asking ahead of time during the interview, was not provided with any constructive feedback or a reason I was not selected.

I had about 4 interviews with 3-5 people in each one. It took about one month to schedule my first interview. Felt informal, interview questions were genuine regarding experience and projects you’d be on. Practice you elevator speech and your project management skills.
