Welcoming, informal and encouraging. Interested in learning about the person being the right fit, rather than necessarily ticking every box on the job description. Job was joining a large team and also interacting with members of the public, so it was refreshing that the interview focused on personality and character as a fit for their team, rather than analysing what worked and what didn't work in previous roles, which was not relevant.

In person, very friendly and informal, good information provided regarding the role to ensure it was fully understood and it's varied and fast-paced. Put at ease very quickly and encouraged to talk about myself generally as well as in relation to the role.
