Worst interview ever, she started off the call with “first off, What are your pronouns?” when she could’ve just stated what her pronouns were and then let me contribute mine if I felt the need to. Terribly long pauses of literal silence. she asked me absolutely nothing about myself to get to know me at all, overall very unprofessional interview. I had high hopes since I love the app myself but I can’t help but to think that I dodged a bullet! Very weird vibes lol
Weird vibes. The process was not your typical interview and seemed to run off of vibes. Interviewed with multiple people and was disappointed to see that there were no POC despite the values Chani likes to portray on the website and on socials.
I read the reviews of former employees later and I guess that explained the weird vibes I got.

Entretien
The most unprofessional interview I've ever experienced. They didn't even ask me anything about myself. It was over Zoom & the interviewer was in her pj's sitting on her couch. She wasn't in HR and said she was going to send homework after the interview to complete, never sent it and they didn't move forward with my application even though all my experience was a perfect match.
