Interview process was good ! I did complete my first round today ! The interviewer was so knowledgeable and cool . Infrastructure was so boring ! But the interview process was good.

There were 3 F2F interview and all were technical rounds, first two rounds happened on a same day, and the third round happened after two days. According to my experience the first two rounds were okay they said I have been selected and only the final discussion will be with HR. I went after two days, but it was again a technical round with another manager. He started asking questions and I answered them I was almost right in every aspect but he was stubborn that I didn’t use the particular words that he is expecting, then he started asking questions and I was explaining him, he never seem to be convinced (Now you may think that I was not good enough to answer) But later I asked him what could be answer his answers surprised me, he told the same which I told to him he never had anything new or which is not something I said. He just jumbled those words which I said. He was asking some good questions related to software testing which has to be accepted. But he was not quite sure about the answers, after some time for a question he raised I asked him whether to write and explain, he suddenly pulled the paper and by his side and said “I know you don’t know the answer, then why should you write and explain” when I tried to justify my answers he started talking rude. That particular interview was like a rejection interview. Let’s say that I am not a good candidate who fits his expectations but there is a way of handling the candidate who seeks an employment in your organization. Before going to that interview my friends advised me not to attend as there are so many negative reviews, but I thought every company will have negative and positive reviews, let’s us not take those into accounts. But later I was so happy that they didn’t select me. Now to the one who are seeking employment in Changepond and reading this review kindly don’t ignore, try to attend the interview. If you lose, please don’t worry as the company does not deserve you.
