Upon submitting the application, I received an automated email notifying me that I had been rejected for the job. Several hours later, someone reached out to me requesting a screening interview. It became evident almost immediately after the interview began that I was not under serious consideration, and I was rejected a second time for the position shortly thereafter. These are not signs of an organization that has its act together.
