Started off by a linked in messaged by their senior talent acquisition. Then a phone screening which basically wanted to know if you can join the company and be productive on day 1.

During second interview some one started to aggressively fire off incoherent questions. At the end I asked which department I would be working in and what exactly I would be doing. Did not receive a clear answer, that individual's behavior indicated that he probobly acts poorly in meetings and with coworkers, so it was important that I would not end up in that same department.

Entretien
Easy phone interview with high level managers. In person interview with same managers, but a little more technical (45 minutes). Technical interview with team of developers (45 minutes). Did not know enough about newer technologies (C#.NET mostly).
