I had a phone interview/informational session that was about 30 minutes before being sent on to the next round (essay questions). I was not able to accept the position in the end because of personal reasons.

Went through three rounds- some individual and some groups. It is good to practice thinking on your feet. come prepared with answers about your personal mission and how it aligns with the company
