I first did a brief phone screening that was only about 10 minutes. I was then invited for a quick in person interview. The interview only lasted about 20 minutes, and basic interview question were asked. The environment was very laid back.

It was a virtual interview. They ask you some preliminary questions and then other typical interview questions. There was only one interview and I was hired on the spot. It seems they will offer it right away if you meet all of the requirements.
