Main problem is that their 1 -man HR did not even access the suitability ( asking salary, education and experience background ) before asking you to come for interview. No JD were provided before the interview as well. The interview with the operation manager was very informal. Interviewer only looks at their own employment form for information like asking salary and education. Did not look at my CV even though I gave him a copy on the spot. .. Interviewer do not seem to be interested in your achievements and not keen in employing high flyers.
