I had one of my best job interview experiences with CZI through which I landed my dream technical job after working in multiple large and small companies! The interview process was by far the best interview experience in my 20 years of career so far! First, the recruiter, Roopali, closely kept me informed every step of the way and also provided great hints helping me throughout. The interviewers were all very much friendly and extremely engaged, the style that I like and appreciate a lot. This is much different from many other places in which you feel the interview is either unmotivated to engage or looking for excuse to fail you! Given this friendly and engaged setup, while the interview questions were mostly not easy or average in general, I managed to work my way through the problem without feeling pressured or unheard at all. In opposite, I felt very engaged and glad in every step. It was as if I am working on a problem with a friend or a colleague.
