I interviewed virtually with the hiring manager and was asked to come in for the next round. Spoke with him upon arriving and got a mini tour of the warehouse/office. Did my 2 interviews and was asked for references the next day. On Thursday the following week, they asked me to come in to speak with the president. Kept saying they were finalizing a decision and a month later it wasn’t me. Jumped through a lot of hoops all for nothing.

It felt non transparent and they don't really have a unique product. They ask generic questions nothing special or very specific about product management or even product development. Maybe it's the HR people that don't have enough knowledge of what the role entails just like a basic overview.
