One to one quick interview asking about your personal experience and views, questionnaire about safeguarding and how you would respond to situations ,and a group game to show you are willing to have fun and join in with the children and young people.

Good communication throughout the whole process. Friendly, relaxed interview and didn’t feel caught out by any questions. Reassured by staff that areas of development needed would be fully supported. Overall a good experience.
