The management is very poor and I would advice the company to hire people for management instead.

First round was for testing one's aptitude. The level of the questions asked was difficult. One needs practice to crack first online round. Another round was gd, ne should have good communication skills to crack the gd round. And then, finally there will be technical and hr interviews.
