I interviewed with this company on the phone, no face to face meeting was ever conducted and boy am I grateful for that. Interviewing with these guys was a total waste of my time. Don't even waste your time with Cetera.
Interview 1: Some guy from India with the worst English called me up. I could barely understand a word he was saying and had to keep asking him to repeat himself. No real technical questions asked here. I was told all projects are conducting on your own, with zero support from team members in the office. If you need additional support, off shore guys would be allocated to you.
Interview 2: Some guy from San Diego called me up and it was refreshing to talk to an American. Seemed like a nice guy and he worked as an architect. In the end he told me he had no say in who their hire for the role. No idea why he called me then?
Interview 3: Some guy from India called me up and I have no idea what this guy was even saying to me. Was he even talking English? I had to constantly ask him to keep repeating himself as his English was terrible. Asked me some weird hardware related questions that I answered.
After the 3rd call, I made the decision I didn't want to continue anything further with these guys. Their entire IT department has been shipped out to India. Talk about zero diversity in this department.
