Freshers, be aware! After applying for the Operations Analyst role through Indeed, I received an assessment link from CertifyOS. However, before starting the test, I was asked a pre-qualifying question about my years of experience. I honestly selected that I’m a fresher with internship experience and was immediately notified that I couldn’t proceed further. What’s disappointing is that the job description and the application process both clearly mentioned an option for “Fresher/Internship Experience.” This made it seem like freshers were eligible, encouraging many of us to apply only to be filtered out at the very first step.
