1. Brief convo with the manager to cover my experience, salary expectations and the interview process. 2. I was given a design exercise (infographic + charts) and would need to complete it in the allotted time. If I passed this first round, I would then be able to meet with another manager and the design director to go over the exercise and ask/answer any questions. 3. Another design exercise is given in the same format as above. I did not pass this round because I missed a description. They gave me feedback via email.
