Bog standard list of questions, very inexperienced person conducting the interview, asking questions such as; how would you convince someone to take a job? Which for me, doesn't even make sense, if you know what a recruiter does, now I do not hold the interviewer at fault, I ended the interview early but was polite, because it is a training issue, when I emailed the CEO to let them know my opinion, they emailed back to tell me I was wrong, their email was still professional, but personally when I get feedback from clients or candidates I will never tell them they are wrong, because that is their opinion, even if I don't agree with them. I feel fortunate I only invested 20 minutes of my time into this process.
