I applied for this position through a recruiting agency and even though I didn’t receive the job offer, the experience was overall positive. The recruiter I worked with was very informative and had a fast response time, and the Director of Talent at CentroMotion was also very informative and great to talk to. However - the process was LONG. I applied back in November of 24’, had my initial interview with the recruiter over the phone early December of 24’, and had my last interview with CentroMotion on the 10th of this month. I know the holidays and conflict of schedules had a lot to do with the spacing of each interview, but I wish the process wasn’t so long.
