J'ai passé un entretien chez Centric Consulting (Gurgaon, Haryana)
Entretien
It was good and structured .. 3 Levels of interview. 1st with lead then hiring manager and finally with onsite. They will check your thought process and then based on resume also they will understand how and what you worked in past.
Typical interview flow:
1) Phone screen with internal recruiter
2) Meeting with manager from Centric
3) Technical meeting - this may vary depending on who you interview with. Mine didn't have any technical problems to work through. Discussed previous work and hypothetical scenarios at a high level. Said they were looking to gauge thought process and ability to communicate clearly

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 8 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Centric Consulting (Cincinnati, OH) en juil. 2022

Time suck of a process - five interviews, ending with a dodge and no response over 8+ weeks.
HR reached out to me to start the process for Role #1.
Had two interviews with HR. Big touts on culture, but neither seemed very enthusiastic selling it to me. Very corporate speak, passive statements that are meant to be inferred as questions.
End of interview #2, they decide I'm a better fit for Role #2.
Next two interviews were with a manager, who lead a team of Role #2s.
Shared commonalities with the him on business experience and value of partnering together, but the interview turned south when he attempted to posture up on me after I answered his questions.
Was told my results-based experience was nice for "those types of businesses", but we [at Centric] do it differently.
This was after I shared my experience, to which he shared that he had not succeeded in his experience doing what I currently was doing, so he decided to join Centric.
Then HR sent me to another manager for Interview #5. The interview was more of a "hang out" session, where she talked about what she did all day. I guess this was supposed to be their "culture" sell?
After interview #5, HR said they'd reach back out in a month if there was an opportunity - despite manager #1 stating he needed someone in 2 weeks.
At different points, I was told that I was a good fit for multiple jobs but they were still deciding which one might be best.
After 6 weeks, HR asked if I was interested in a taking on a contract role 2 hours from local HQ and my residence. I asked if separate accommodations could be made to match client expectations, but that had not been negotiated in scope.
Radio silence since.
