phone call...very easy questions about have you worked with children and if any with special needs...person seemed very excited that you wanted to work at this company...person asked why you wanted to work with kids with autism and the experience you had....then they said you sounded like a great candidate and someone would call me back to talk more about a position in the company. The next person called two days later and offered me the job and emailed the forms and details.

I applied for the role and received a call within an hour. I considered the initial interview to be straightforward based on my background and experience. I was advised that my information would be passed on to the recruiter and I would receive a follow up in the event there were assignments in my location.
