Wonderful, straightforward. Met with all faculty, Dean, students. Well organized, professional, and courteous. Really enjoyed the entire process. Both virtual and in person, very flexible and respectful. I was very impressed.

It consisted of applying online, sending resume, initail phone screen and then on campus interview. The campus interview was an all day interview, including meals, where you meet each department member individually. The highlight was that you have to teach a class in front of students and faculty members that will vote on you
