Group interview, ask you to smell different herbs, Dry your city with some art supply's. Give you scenarios that you had to partner up with another person to act them out.

It was a Group interview. They expect you to be outgoing and standout. You must also be excited about food. Don't be afraid to tell personal stories. They want you to be approachable so smile a lot

Entretien
You are placed in a room and the managers from various departments sit at the back of that room. From here you sit in tables with other candidates and are asked to find solutions to various problems as a TEAM. You then present your solution to the managers. There was also a portion where they asked you to identify certain foods and guess what they were. The accuracy didn't seem to matter from what I could tell. What they were looking for was "interest" in food.
