Group interview basically as everyone said. Told us in group that if we didn't get the rejection email within 48 hours to "do our happy dance" because that meant they were going to call for a second interview. Got no email, waited almost 2 weeks and sent a follow up email to 'talent scout', never heard back. Waited another few days and tried to call her this time and left a message due to no answer. An hour or so later was sent the email rejection. Very unprofessional in my opinion to give false hope for so long and to never reply.
