On the Glassdoor website I applied for the position of Call Center Agent.
I answered a couple of basic questions. I upload my resume and cover letter which took a few minutes. Then I received an email that I would have a phone interview. I was shocked by this . It was a very easy friendly voice that gave you instructions about the phone interview process. It was easy to do. I was very nervous.
