Once the application was submitted, I received an interview within one week. It was a one-on-one interview with the DON. I'm not sure if they still use that process now.

Entretien
The hiring process was very informal which led to the relaxation and increased comfortableness. The management team was quick to respond and hire. However, once hired the company only does training for new hires once a month. Therefore if your hired in the middle of the month and you can't make it to the end of month training. You have to wait a whole other month to get that training in because the company only does them at the end of the month.
