I applied through LinkedIn and got an email 4 weeks later inviting me for an interview, The interview was scheduled for 30 minutes. 10-15 minutes were spent answering questions and the rest was left for asking them. I got an email saying I was not selected for the role 2 weeks later.

3 rounds, one HR screen, panel of engineers, and director of engineering. Asked about products and environmental enthusiasm. Took 2.5 months long only for them to hold off because of unsure economy. HR said they would keep me updated on a regular basis about the economy and what it means for potential candidates and never heard from them again.
