I had a pre-screening interview with the HR at CEP then within the next week, I was invited for a series of interviews at the office. I interviewed with six people from various departments. My interview went well and lasted over three hours.

The first stage interview was very basic. The interview didn't seem at all interest in getting to know me beside getting me to answer the logistical questions they were asking, such as the length of professional experience and why I'm interested in the position. The interview via phone took about 15 minutes.
