Entretien
A few days after I applied through an employee referral, I was contacted to set up a phone interview. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and included standard questions about me, my work style, and my experience. Less than a week later I was contacted for a writing test, and heard back two weeks after that with an update that I didn't get the job. The employee I spoke with was extremely friendly, courteous and professional throughout the process.

CAP had two interview rounds, with a home test (writing/Excel) in between. First round is with the people you're replacing, second is with management of the policy team. Both took place at CAP's offices, no phone interview offered. They were both quick interviews, mostly softball questions aimed to confirm what's on my resume, overall pleasant and professional about scheduling.
