Lotsa questions posed, but overall thorough and fair. Interested in hearing from others about their experience and perceptions. How long was your interview? Was it behavior based? Did they discuss salary?

Phone interview with hiring manager went well. She invited me for an in person group interview a week later that required my giving 10-15 minute presentation. I spent all weekend preparing for this to no avail. They already knew who they were going to hire, an internal candidate. They wasted my time and made me wait 15 minutes in the lobby for the interview. The manager was unkempt. I have 23 years of work experience but was told they hired someone with more experience. For an entry level trainer position. I firmly believe they wanted someone younger and they interviewed a few external candidates to make it look fair. Total waste of time.
