Two interviews -First interview was a zoom call with the HR representative just doing a pre screening to see if the company and you are a good fit for each other. -Second interview was the Direct of Customer Service via Zoom video call. She asked basic STAR questions, & provided information regarding growth in the company.

Second interview was the Direct of Customer Service via Zoom video call. She asked basic STAR questions, & provided information regarding growth in the company.
I applied online on June 25th and received a request for a video interview on July 10th. I completed the interview the next day on July 11th. The process moved quickly—by July 14th, I received an offer letter, followed by a background check request on July 15th. On July 25th, I was notified that I had successfully passed the background check and was given an official start date.
Overall, the experience was very smooth and well-organized. Communication was clear at every stage, and the turnaround time between each step was impressively fast. I had expected to have more interviews; I could have been lucky or gotten the right person but it wasn't difficult at all.
