The interview was great. The two women who interviewed me were very clear about their needs and were very tuned into how their teams were functioning. The role was explained very clear and concise. The interviewers welcomed my questions and answered candidly. I felt very comfortable and immediately as if I were a part of the team.

Phone interview was not like any other initial phone screens. It was full blown interview with several people on call. Four of the five people were rude (including the hiring manager), talked fast and they shot out questions fast - sometimes talking over one another. Interview was disorganized. Plus, I could tell it was bad environment. I would never work in a toxic work environment like that. I had read bad reviews of the company and now I know why. I am an experienced professional and good at my job. No way would I work at this company.

They have you come in and meet HR, then I met with the Director (my hiring supervisor) and then a subsequent meeting with my VP.They use the same booklet of questions on everyone, just different questions are asked. Those are "Behavioral based" interviewing questions. You can BS your way through those. Quite frankly most of the time, they just pertain to your work ethic, cohesiveness, etc. If you generally don't have a problem with any of those, you won't have any problems with those questions.
