This was a screening phone interview. It was supposed to be with the IT Manager – LAN/WAN Services, but he wasn't able to make it. His most senior network engineer conducted the interview instead. Most of the interview was spent with me being sold on the opportunity, and their great need for help. The gentleman was very humble, and encouraged me throughout the phone interview. I am still being considered as a potential candidate for an in-person interview, within the next 1-2 weeks.I assume the senior network engineer will report his thoughts to the department manager that wasn't able to make it.
